A couple of seconds later "download failed please check your internet connection and try again (5)". As far as I can tell there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. If there was I could not be posting this message. I can stream videos etc just fine. I've tried again multiple times. Rebooted etc. Any ideas???? Next time you have an issue you may get faster response in the troubleshooting section of the forum instead of the general one.
