Anchoku.8142
Brainstorming time! Suggest a single change to a trait that may make raid pugs consider allowing one slot for a Necromancer/Reaper/Scourge that does not substantially increase Necro dps, sustain, or affect Open world PvE, WvW, or PvP. Example: Vampiric Presence now also adds 10% base duration to control effects and slows Recovery of Defiance bars by 20%. This effect does not stack. Dadnir.5038
_Rending shroud:_ no longer apply vulnerability but apply an unique debuff that reduce toughness by 150-180 on foes struck by a shroud skill.
Axl.8924
I would love if we could be like necros in everquest sacrificing mana/health of our own to heal others or even use the health of monsters to drain theirs to heal our team efficiently, or steal our enemies strength and give it to our teams while lowering the str/defense of the enemy. starlinvf.1358
DPS is whats keeping Necro out of HOT raids. The only possible way to change this situation, without affecting their DPS, is to have raids require large amounts of boon corrupt/boon strip to survive. This would also put Spellbreaker, Deadeye, and Mirage, square in the meta, as they also have ready access to frequent boon stripping.
