Meh at this point you only have one server that wants to be top dog in tier 1, might as well open all servers. If people still want to over stack that server and bore themselves out ppting like it's air to them, so be it, the rest of us will just take turns playing in tier 2 and then hibernating when facing them. Simple. Just punishing servers lower than them by keeping them locked too, it's not like all those servers are getting links to help either.
