Who are "Twin Dynasts"? (datamining, spoilers?)

The upcoming datamined items appeared on Reddit, as usual after Gemstore patch.

 

Bunch of upcoming items have "The Twins'__" and the title above them is " Twin Dynasts Gear".

 

Who are "Twin Dynasts" then?

 

Does it mean the twin primeval queens from the Tomb? Does it mean somebody else?

 

Does it mean Lyssa? Because Lyssa=Lyss and Ilya...

That's the Ascended prefix for a stats. Refers to Nahlah and Dahlah, twin queens of the Primeval Dynasty. You can get some for free by getting all funerary weapons/armor.
