so this rune confirm that anet design this elite to be condi and power dmg which means taking amulet like carrion, deadshot, sage, rabid, wanderer is off the table.

so for pvp you can use only viper, sinister, destroyer and rampager which means base hp.

 

so this is the only thing i could think about in pvp

not on point fighter rather range team fighter.

rune of scholar just to see the ferocity buff.

you will have fury which gives 7% direct and condi dmg, rune with 7% condi dmg, and 20% condi dmg with kalla's fervor

can have 25 stack of might easy. and also 176% critical dmg.
