People do cast it (albeit less than they should), but you probably don't see it because you don't use condi and your opponents are usually dead faster than it can be cast. :D

No, I've come across Justine in the wild before. Plays a super glass power rev that can kill you in seconds if you aren't on your toes. Ironically, with a fatal weakness to condis that makes us look immune to them by comparison, even with this new version of Berserker Stance.
