Clicking "Sign In" on the support page redirects me to the main page over and over.

I am trying to log in but I keep getting this error

The game client was unable to connect to the log-in server. Please restart your client and try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support for assistance at http://support.guildwars2.com.

Build: 84086

Error Code: 58:11:5:535

When I proceed to support, I can't sign in because the Sign In button just redirects me to https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us

No it does make differences.

Anet tends to reply faster when you actually submit ticket while logged in than anonymously.

The original login servers were shutdown yesterday. If you were still using them, either by using the -authsrv option or through editing your hosts file, you'll need to remove it. If you weren't using that, ensure that GW2's connections aren't being blocked and flush your DNS using cmd.exe: ipconfig /flushdns

For the support page, it requires javascript, otherwise the sign in button goes nowhere and the button next to it (submit a ticket) has no text. Ad-blockers could also be interfering.
