Scourge LoS on shade a bug or intended???

as a pure wvw player this LoS on shade is nearly impossible to play with i cant aoe down off a wall unless im standing right on the edge getting bombed by 30+ players, i cant aoe up on a wall due to "obstructed" but every other proffesion in the game can hit on top of a wall with no problem. Cant even fight without being on even ground i go up a little a bit i get obstructed if i go down a little bit i get obstructed. can i get an anet dev to confirm intended or bug?

They really should allow non-los casting through sand shades. That would be an interesting feature/trick to promote plays. But they still need to pvp/wvw balance shades, shade skills and shroud traits aswell to promote play beyond f1-f5 button smashing.
