[BUG] Visual Glitch: Bullet Flares [merged]

This bug is still alive and well. Curious though, when I see it, sometimes it's necro scepter attacks with sound in wvw, and I'm not playing on necro ???

These flashes have become worse over time.

 

This not-intended flashing is causing headaches and eye pain - you'd think we'd have an update by now.

...And I hear 'profession and racials' that I am not all the time when I am completely alone even in a guild hall.

Is this bug actually being worked on ATM? It has been some time ago since we got any feedback on this one. It is still present every time I play the game.

Yeah that's the weirdest part most of the time I hear necro sounds and animations with these particle effects. I don't want to say it's 100% of the time but it does happen more often than the rest. In general this is one truly weird bug. Lots of people are complaining about it due to FPS drops it causes apparently.
