Reaper with Quickness Buff

For any Reaper out there, not sure if you notice but this is still a mystery for me. Reaper have quickness buff? Whenever i activate reaper shroud while attacking an enemy, i gain quickness. I search my skill trait and others and there is no such things as quickness buff there. N nope, it is not other people buff. However i do really like power reaper with quickness bufff??? if Anet is listening out there, i love the idea of reaper than have high attack speed with crits???Maybe Reaper will rival warrior in term of defence while still giving damages. Love it!!!

Do you have a sigil of rage on one of your weapons? It procs quickness on crit.
