DeadSurvivor.6157 Posted November 19, 2017 Share Posted November 19, 2017 For the last two months, anytime I go to donate to the Guild Treasurer (in my guilds who are not maxed at their maxed level), GW2 crashes and after logging back in, my donations are still in my inventory and I am not able to help my guilds. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted November 19, 2017 Share Posted November 19, 2017 Make sure the donations are not coming from bags in slots 9 or 10 (the two newest addition bag slots), as these slots are bugged. If the donations come from bags in other slots, you can contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket' for assistance. Good luck. Illconceived Was Na.9781 Posted November 19, 2017 Share Posted November 19, 2017 The bug has to do with the location of the bags, not the size. If you pull from or add to the bags in the bottom two slots (#9, #10), then the game crashes. If you use any of the other 8 or the original slot for the inventory backpack, it's fine; there's also no problem moving items to your bank or anywhere else.
