Unable to submit a ticket whilst logged in

Hi All,

 

So I'm currently experiencing quite a frustrating issue, whereby I seem unable to submit a ticket whilst logged into my account. When I go to the 'Support' page, it directs me to log-in so that my ticket will be processed quicker, however once I login I'm automatically redirected to my account page. Once going back into the Support page, I seem to be no longer logged into my account to submit the ticket!

 

This is quite frustrating as I'm wanting to get my registered email address changed, so figured if I'm logged in when the ticket is submitted it will be much easier to process.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can submit a ticket using the 'anonymous' option found at the bottom of the ticket creation area. Your issue should still be attended to within the 72-hour window.

Could be an issue with your browser cookie. Have you tried deleting all existing cookies, then tried again?
