I wish they would relax the limitations for people that have been on your friends list or in your guild for X-months. I'd also like to see a pull-down for the "send to" populated from some sort of list -- friends, or user-defined -- to give greater confidence in mailing items.

Or a better idea at least is allow us to send at the most of 10 items than 5.

But yeah the antispam within the mail is really bad.

 

Had a friend who couldn't afford it at the time wanted to level a craft to 400.

So I went and got every item they needed to help level it than trying to math out exactly how much they need or later find out I probably sent too little/much.

That was a horrible experience.

 

Went online and search and found someone using their elite skill as a timer to know when I can send more of the items to them. That shouldn't be a problem.

If it's a random person then I can see the antispam... not when I've had someone on my list (and I'm on theirs) for months now.
