I have such a problem, yesterday I bought a gem card at Key4You.

After entering the code, the game still writes that the code is dirty and so I want to ask what to do? Write for support or a gem card claim at Key4You?

You would have to contact the retailer you bought it from. ArenaNet only supports purchases from them or their authorized retailers.

Only Key4You is going to be able to help; Support can't help unless you bought from an authorized retailer.

Then, you can try either Customer Support teams.

 

Make sure to try the code with spaces and without. Make sure to distinguish between 1 and capital I, capital O and 0, etc.
