All the trumpets can be changed to gold coins, which seriously disrupts the balance of the game so that I can't play a happy game. I hope to solve it, because I don't want to lose the game. I'm going to presume that English is not the native language of the OP which would explain why the question was asked in the manner it was...it's highly confusing and not understandable.
