Domain of Istan map images missing from API?

So using the popular site gw2timer .. All the images loaded are hosted under https://tiles.guildwars2.com. However zooming in on Domain of Istan, just displays a blank area with the name of the map. Trying to manually browse to the image itself just brings up the message.. "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

 

Something don't feel right.

It usually takes quite a while unfortunately before the map tiles are updated...

 

I'm checking that myself with looking at https://tiles1.guildwars2.com/1/1/1/1/2.jpg because when Istan would be there, then I would see that on that tile.
