Suggestion for event on Frostgorge Sound

I have a suggestion for an event on Frostgorge Sound. There is a Brazier of Koda at the portal to Bitterfrost Frontier where players can get a Koda's Flame. Put some frozen brazers around the map that players can use the Koda's Flame to light them which triggers events like on Bitterfrost Frontier. Have some near the grawl so they become the attackers at those. When all braziers are out someone has to fetch a flame from the one eternal one at the portal to BF. It would trigger players to travel around the map in groups to light each brazier in turn then move on to the next. It would increase the amount of players on the map if the rewards was decent.

How would that work when you need Living World and the upgrades meaning needing HoT and of course the Living World to even access the Braziers?

Do they on the one on Frostgorge Sound? Someone have a free account to test it on? I know you can't use the flame skills without HoT and LWS3 but can a free2play account get the flame and carry it around? Even if not it would be an easy tweak for them to make any on Frostgorge Sound open for all players or they could just leave it and require a HoT/LWS3 player to trigger the event. It's not like HoT/LWS3 players are that rare in the player base.
