How to get The "essence of mischief" for Winter's Presence?

Mystic Forge recipe:

 

* 125 Snowflakes

* 50 Mystic Coins

* 50 Superior Sigils of Mischief

* 50 Sealed Packages of Snowballs

 

Each component can be obtained on the TP for roughly 400 gold at current prices. However, you can make this _essence_ at any time throughout the year. Historically, the prices of sigils is sky high when Wintersday begins and eventually drops. In other words, you can save some (or a lot of) money by waiting.

I take my time, coz I still have to get 200 amalgameted gemstones for the Shining Blade. XD
