Still can't log in after 1 day any suggestions?

Recommended Posts

Which region (NA/EU) you login through is dependent on the region of the key you originally used to create the account. If all but 1 account can login, is that 1 account from the other region? If you're unsure, you can view the account's region under the overview at account.arena.net.

If you're using the -authsrv option or a hosts override, you can't mix NA and EU login servers.

In case of a DNS change, try clearing your DNS cache. Open a command prompt (cmd.exe) and enter:

ipconfig /flushdns

To verify that you can access the login servers, try viewing:

NA: http://auth1.101.arenanetworks.com/

EU: http://auth2.101.arenanetworks.com/

It doesn't matter which region you've chosen to play in, it's entirely based on the original key used to create an account.

If you have multiple accounts registered to the same region, but only 1 can't login, then there's something wrong with the account itself and you'll need to contact support, assuming you're using a single executable to login. If you have multiple GW2 installs, then it could be caused by other software blocking the connection. If you have the password remembered or are using other software to manage it for you, try running the launcher normally and fully re-enter the email and password.

Try using port 80 or 443:

-clientport 80

... and:

NA: -authsrv 34.225.225.173

EU: -authsrv 35.158.175.20

It should be a simple text page that says that at the top, with ArenaSrv Instance at the bottom.
