If you have a complaint about the forum moderation, you can contact forums@arena.net It is not possible to contact a superior directly. Arenanet has hired people to address our needs. They represent arenanet. If you disagree with a certain stance, feel free to express it, but also understand it is their freedom to whom you may address it.
