Question about the Black Lion Weapon Arsenal

I didn't realize the other topic was in the bug forum, so I'll ask it here:

 

Does it only unlock skins that have their own Black Lion Collection or any skin that could formerly be obtained via a Black Lion Chest (such as some of the Halloween skins)?

I'd guess only those that can or could be obtained from a Black Lion Weapon Specialist.

That was my initial guess, but I was curious for a definitive answer. If I'm lucky, Gaile will see this an give a concrete answer.

I'm 90% sure it can only be items that have been offered for BL tickets. There are 42 such sets by my count; your odds of getting a skin from any specific set are already dismal.

 

I think it might be useful to start a different thread asking people what they did get. We might be able to gather more data from each other more quickly than we can get an answer from ANet. e.g.
