Festival vendor lacks Wintersday items

The festival vendor in LA dosen't have a tab for winterday items. Particularity with the new 20-slot bag, this is now important.

Sonder will offer an exchange for Snowflakes with the next patch. Whether there will be a bag offered for Snowflakes, there has been no word.

The year-round festival vendor is not meant to be a replica of the vendors that are available during actual festivals. It only offers a few select items.

FYI [sonder the Seller's](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sonder_the_Seller) vendor display is updated to include the conversion from flakes to diamonds. (The list hasn't yet been updated on the wiki.)
