Boogiepop Void.6473
Keys being added to currency was a godsend for organization and removed a lot of annoyance that having the keys as items brought to playing alts. However, it does make keeping track of the key count difficult, as it is now in a large list that must be scrolled through. Just as the secondary currency shown at the bottom of the inventory changes based on the map you are on, please also show the relevant keycount in the inventory, where applicable. For example, if we are in Tangled Depths, please show Chak Acid in the inventory as well as ley crystals. This will make it much easier to keep track of your key levels, so you don't find yourself in the middle of nowhere after much work with no keys. Illconceived Was Na.9781
Everyone wants this, even ANet. Unfortunately, the UI for the inventory panel was created in such a way as to prevent ANet from doing this without a ton of work to adjust the underlying mechanics. (There have been a couple threads about this already.) Basically, the interface was designed under the assumption that the game only had a few currencies and would only ever need to display two: coin (which was character-bound originally) and karma (which was also originally character bound).
