They probably don't want to be held liable for any statements that they might make that then don't come to fruition. There could be additional legal ramifications which might very well preclude them from posting except in the most urgent of circumstances. Heck, they might even need a supervisor's approval before they post to ensure that they aren't posting something that is incorrect or might be misconstrued. The only fact is that we don't know. That doesn't mean that they haven't read the community's thoughts and/or concerns. It also doesn't mean that they have.
