Alysanne.8473 Posted February 6, 2018 Share Posted February 6, 2018 I’m super disappointed about the change to snowfall runes - they were absolutely perfect for my dedicated jumping puzzle character’s gear and now they’re just useless. Palador.2170 Posted February 6, 2018 Share Posted February 6, 2018 I'm upset by it as well. I had a "drop armor" set for one of my Mesmers. With that and the trait to reduce fall damage, I could make some incredible drops. Very handy when making portals at the end of a JP. Beyond that, it was just fun. These runes were being combined with the fall damage trait to perform many feats that normally require an expo (like falling from extreme heights), something you now need gliding or a mount for. Granted it still get cheaper naturally the longer away from winter we get as supply and demand changes until about Sept. when people start buying them up again, but will have nothing to do with this change.
