Having issues while using 2 apps causing blue screen of death

When using a voice comm and GW2 together cause my PC to crash and I get blue screen of death. Would anyone have a solution for this? I search so many forums to get help but no one seems to have this issue.

it would help a lot if you could share some more information.

1: is it with all voice communication software or a specific one (did you test with others?).

2: does your voice communication software use any overlay?

3: what is the content of the blue screen? You can find this in the windows event viewer.

I have used TS3 and discord as voice comm but cause GW2 to crash, it seam that discord will not cause the crash as fast.

I don't use the ovelay with either

On the the blue screen it tells me it's a driver issue, but I know it's not the case as this happens on fresh install of windows with all drivers up to date.

A fresh install doesnt automatically resolve a driver issue. It depends a lot on the actual message you are getting, but in general, when you reinstall something exactly the way it was you will end up with the same issue. It doesnt mean it is something wrong with the driver. It is the driver causing an issue. Specifically one that is not resolvable by windows so it shuts down. The cause can still be higher up in the chain.

 

One thing you can try is to use older drivers for both the sound and the graphics. The issue might be that you actually are using the latest drivers, in most cases that is recommendable, but when you have these kinds of issues, it is also good to go one step back.
