Constantly? These as shown with Ele dont translate well into ACTUAL fights. Nice numbers but doesnt mean you will be doing that in real fights. Show ACTUAL fights. That would then be something to consider. Tests mean very little, it just gets things nerfed even when its doesnt need to be, look at Ele it has GREAT damage against big non-moving targets but that doesnt always translate very well into fights.
