Secondly, I personally like to be able to see that lots of other people are having the same issue. Like Error 42, atm, for example. Thirdly, I'm far less likely to send in a ticket, if I see it's an already known about issue. So, it probably cuts down on their ticket load. Would be nice if there were a few more responses, though.
