Chill: * Now reduces endurance regeneration by 50%. * Skill recharge debuff reduced to 25% from 66%. * Movement speed slow reduced to 50%. Cripple: * Movement speed slow reduced to 15%. * Now stacks intensity, up to 5 stacks. * Duration reduced across the board. What do you think?
