How can I get gold in Silver Wastes?

Yesterday I joined in SW farm with my lvl 80 character, opened many chest, but couldn't figure out how to earn gold.

I got a lot of materials and deposit all of them in my bank storage .

Sould I sell all materials I get rather than accumulate if I wanna earn gold?

Yes.

 

In addition, get a mid-tier character to open up your champion bags. Salvage and sell that loot, too. (Loot from an L53 toon is worth over 5s/bag on average, versus only 2s/bag for L80 toons. The optimal level of character can be found on [this site](http://silverwastes.loltools.net/), but in practice, L53 is always within 5-10% of "best", so that's what I use.)

 

Further, you end up with a ton of bandit crests. Spend some on keys and the rest on Sandy Bags of Gear, bought from the same vendor. Also open those bags on the mid-tier toon.

Is there any fastest way to make a lvl 53 character?

If you're a new player, not really (veterans end up with various buffs and boosters to make it easy). You could level up a variety of crafting disciplines, but that ends up costing a good chunk of change. If you manage your inventory reasonably well, you can hold on to your champion & gear bags (or at least some of it) until you have time to work on another character.

 

Alternatively, you can open on an L21 character. Only 3.4s/bag, which is less than the optimum 5.10-5.20s at L53-4, but still far better than the 2s at L80.

Thank you for a short and concise response to this question. When folks ask how to earn gold I here the cry, "Go to Silverwastes", all the time in mapchat with little to no explanation of what that entails.

It's a scam. You can't get gold in the **Silver**wastes. Obviously.
