Perhaps I am not remembering this correctly but when the game was still in beta, didn't there used to be a thing where you could select your ancestry? I clearly remember a thing where it asked if you were Krytan descent, Ascalonian, Canthan, etc.

If you choose "Lost Sister" as your regret you get a dialog choice. I think it only affects how she'll look...

that was there aswell at release. i think they removed it down the line during a rework.

 

since we no longer use ferocity/noble/charming etc either

This. And yes, all it affects is how your sister looks.

Yeah. You have that option at the very start of the story arc when talking to Logan.
