I would have hoped more MMOs since GW2 would have adopted this lack of gear tread mill and horizontal progression, but alas, most have not. Action Combat wise GW2 is beaten quite easily by BnS,Tera, and BDO, but it is good enough. Shareable node wise also isn't unique to GW2. FF14 also restricts each node per character. Overall though, GW2 is still a good game though. Like I said, I really appreciate the non gear treadmill aspects of it. I can't stand gear treadmills now a days.
