Suneh Stormbringer bounty is extremely overtuned and should be fixed

Stormbringer is a Jacaranda champion bounty that summons lighting storms (similar to the normal npc/pet) that deals ~3k damage per pulse to a fully glass target which isn't too much of a problem as of itself if you are paying attention. Unfortunately for whatever reason someone decided that it would be smart for it to summon 10 of these storms at once. Additionally it appears to be bugged and most of the time it spawns all 10 storms in one place, resulting it a ~30k DPS pulsing aoe (basically an instant AoE oneshot against most classes). The ability also has a very low cooldown. I'm usually not one to say something is too hard (most pve stuff could actually be harder imo) but I feel this is just slightly ridiculous.

I noticed that nasty circle stacking, too. I assumed the circles generate from the seedlings and they were simply all targeting me because there was nobody else there. I'm not sure if that's true, but if it is, then killing the seedlings should make the circles manageable.

Does anyone have a viable strategy for this thing, or is it just a case of bringing enough people with AoE damage to kill the seedlings before they become a problem and to res anyone who isn't killed outright by the overtuned damage?
