[NA] LF weekday, around reset raid static for semi-exp raider

I can kill a few bosses consistently(W1, all but Deimos W4) and know mechanics of a few others. I'd like a group looking to improve their skills as much as I am, with minimal toxicity/elitism. Training discords and LFG has been useful so far but not consistent enough for my liking. Times that work for me are reset(7pm EST), give or take an hour at most.

 

Classes I feel most comfortable on are condi daredevil and heal tempest. I just starting testing out power weaver this week and like it but still want more practice in actual raids. Technically I have the gear for necro also though I've never tried it. Chrono and warrior are also ~1/2 way geared. I'm not terribly picky about what I play once I learn it so I'm willing to learn to fit a group if need be.
