To make use of them and drop them from TP, I suggest adding them to salvageable items. the outcome would be papers that scribes can use to craft guild decorations obviously. depending on the level of the recipe (0 to 500) or its rarity (green,yellow, exotic) they will produce different type of paper . For example - A **Blue** or **Green** rarity recipe will yield [`Sheet of Coarse Paper`](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sheet_of_Coarse_Paper) with smaller chance of [`Sheet of Rough Paper`](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sheet_of_Rough_Paper) - A **Yellow** or **Exotic** rarity recipe will yield [`Sheet of Fine Paper`](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sheet_of_Fine_Paper) with smaller chance of [`Sheet of Smooth Paper`](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sheet_of_Smooth_Paper) - An **Ascended** recipe will yield [`Sheet of Quality Paper`](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sheet_of_Quality_Paper) with smaller chance of [ `Sheet of Premium Paper`](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sheet_of_Premium_Paper) The same concept can be applied to **sigils** and **runes**, however they will yield **Pulp** (if made of wood) or **Powder** (if made of metal). Another option would be returning a small amount of items used to create them (like all other armor and weapon pieces) but I like the first better. Not having a scribe I can't actually tell how big of an impact it would have, but as long as it doesn't risk tanking the paper prices long term I'm for it.
