Your email adress is part of your core identity. To protect you, you need to contact support to have them change it manually. The birthdate is often put in wrong. Arenanet wants it in the US-format. So a famous date (as an example) would spell 9-11-2001. However, many europeans are so used to writing in 11-9-2001 they actually set the date to november 9, instead of september 11.
