Tester Needed: Clone Ambush via Distorted Desert

The main question I'd like answered here is thus: If you trait Distorted Desert, in which you gain Ambush skills in Distortion, does this trait also apply to your clones when you apply Distortion to them via Inspiring Distortion via Blurred Inscriptions.

 

Of course, if Distorted Desert only applies to you, that's its own thing, but it might be entertaining if it was capable of letting you spam clone Ambushes in a Signet Build.

 

If somebody can test this real quick, I'd be grateful.

just tested it on a golem, and no, your clones do not get ambushes when you get distortion with the trait. Which is to be expected.

Shame. Disappointing, but expected given the trait's wording.
