I just wondered if it is possible to do the same zone in tribulation mode twice per day and get the token twice. Or is it limited to once per day?

Yup, remember doing trib runs all day a few years ago to get the infusions, it was painful at first but when you get good it's quite fun. I got world world one completion in just below 20 mins. I would say i got good at world 2 as well, but completion time on that one is a different story. Some day i wanna do world 1 run without dying.
