Add Vendor Tabs to Exchange Golden Fractal Weapons/Relics & Wep Skins Into Fractal Relics

This has probably been suggested many times before but I have not seen a definitive answer. Items like Fractal Weapon Skins, Golden Fractal Weapons, and Recipes have no use after you have unlocked the entire collection/item. If we have the option to buy them with relics/pristines, could we get a vendor tab to exchange them back to relics/pristines? Even a 50% discount is nice, especially since the Fractal Mist Attunements are so time-gated and costly in relics.

Just add something, so we do not have to delete those skins all the time.

I think what should be done is add a vendor that sells 24/28/32 slot versions of the fractal bags that requires the previous bag, runes of holding, pristine fractal relics and golden fractal relics to purchase.

Whatever sink for golden relics would be nice. Don't mind whether it should be something new or just an exchange for relics/pristines, but I'd love to get rid of them.
