Spectral wall (bug?)

Curently, spectral wall does not affect foes when it is summoned directly beneath them.

Is that normal?

Thats always been a a thing like any other wall skill. If placed directly under them it has not effect they actually need to attempt to pass through it on their own for it to effect them. Although ideally where as the skill should cause the effect to happen but because of how all wall skills are coded in they do not.

 

So yes its normal to some degree.

Not a bug; it is a normal feature of walls.

Think of it as someone standing on a wall. If you stand on it, you're just higher up. If you're on top of Spectral Wall, you're just on top of it.
