Did they copy every single anatomy of a human(ex:excretion, organs, etc)? Do sylvari need to eat to survive or can they live off eternally like the other elder dragon minions? Our thought process usually involves us asking: is this detail crucial to telling the story? If the answer is no, then we move on. Feel free to RP in the way you see fit, though. Until we decide to answer this in a story context, it's wide open for interpretation. Sylvari do indeed need to eat.
