Regarding current events

I personally love these.

Not only do they gap the waiting between chapters, you also see the after effects or precursor events of chapters outside the story instances.

 

Since they add so much to the game, i was wondering why we get so few of them.

Preferably, I'd think one between each chapter would be very fitting. And they would make the world feel very alive.

 

We would end up with a lot of current events, then, so maybe they can be active during their release, and tri-daily after.

Back in the day, we used to get a ton of these between festivals, holiday events, and Living Story updates. However, with the push for expansions, most of these have taken a backseat because focus is now more on expansions and Living World. Limited resources and all. Still . . . I'm just grateful we get the few that we do.
