Scourge Questions

I was in a 3 person group in WVW and ran into a Scourge. And he just wiped us. I thought the Scourge was a party support. it had massive healing and damage,

 

Can anyone direct me to the build they probably used?

A scourge is a strong dps in WvW. I'm not sure how out of date I am with the build, but it's likely a setup that turns boons into conditions. The more boons you stack on yourself or allies, the more you hurt. Sand shade has 2 options for its deployment. It can be one big shade or 3 small shades. You can only place one at a time but it's common to spam shades to rip boons and add conditions as a burst against larger groups.

the more boons you have the more damage a scourge will deal. think of it like this a boon for you is a buff to scourge and a major debuff to you, you get punished for using boons

Just curious, do you remember the rank of the scourge that you fought, what they looked like, where the fight happened or what server they were on?

*Is the Sup Rune of the Berserker that much better than the Sup Rune of the traveler?

* Axe/ Torch or Scepter/Torch

What. 3 ppl lost against one scourge? What did you Guys Play? Naked core necro?

 

Just CC scourge or put range pressure on him and he is faster dead As He can respawn xD
