I was under the impression that mesmer was the primary target for this patch? Hasn't it been predicted that it will be hit harder than other classes?

Not to say necro might not suffer with all the ~~crying~~ constructive criticism threads about.

No major nerfs (that I see). Just slight PvE buffs.

 

And of course water combat revamp (buffs?)...
