I don't hate him, he's a good lad. But recognizing this flaw will make him 1) more enjoyable to play with and 2) better at playing with teams and get better results. Yeah raging will often only make your teammates just AFK/Flame/Answer instead of hard try to come back... I saw so many games lost because of someone just hard raging, even in map or team chat. In one game, i reckognized someone who kept raging in chat everytime something happens not like he wants, I pm everyone (except him) and as soon as he raged, we all stayed afk in spawn.
