RoarLionRawr.9821
I don't know what causes this issue as it crashes randomly at: Startup, After selecting a character, While in game (Not doing anything specific) I've already tried repairing the client, but nothing has changed. This issue wasn't happening before the last patch. It happens so frequently that the game is unplayable. The crash leaves no error notice or pop-up. The game just quits out. Assic.2746
I had this problem. In my case it was my HDD. At least I'm pretty sure it was my HDD. gw2.dat is pretty big ~40gb. Once I just defragmented gw2 folder and it helped. Second time after S4E2 dropped I had to delete and redownload GW2 , defragmentation didn't help. It has been working fine since that time. I guess GW2 was just too fragmented on my old HDD and it couldn't handle it.

That's usually caused by using the 32bit client, if you're using that, make sure to switch to the 64bit. There may be other causes for this issue. Posting the full crash log might help. > @"Assic.2746" said: > I had this problem. In my case it was my HDD. Could have been some other issue causing it, a defrag all it does is arrange data so it's accessed quicker, at best you'd notice faster loading times.
