Thief armor stat help

So i recently came back to the game and they reset my ascended armor but I wasn't sure what armor stats to choose. Was hoping to get some help regarding this. Should i go full beserker or assassin?

Probably Marauder or a combination of Berserker and Valkyrie.

You can go full Berserker, but TBH the extra HP can be very useful in PVP/WVW. For PVE it doesn't matter if you're full Berserker, you'll almost always have a Healer or Support build near you while doing stuff.

Check out metabattle.com, they have done the math on the main, optimal thief builds. If you're not that interested in the meta, just go full berserker for PvE or full marauder for WvWvW.

Marauder, Valid, or Seems for general purpose.

Full Berserk or combination of Zerg + Valkyrie for Free account players. If you are only playing PvE, you can go Full zerk.

If you have Hearth of Thorns, go Full Marauder.

 

Condi builds can use Vipers(Full damage) and Trailblazers(Survivability).

Free accoutns can go for Sinister (Full Damage) or Dire (Survivability).

 

 

In a general way, for PvE content you can go Full damage, always.

For WvW is a matter of taste. Its unwise to walk around with 12k base HP, but you also want as much damage as possible.
