Not receiving an email verification after signing up to play

Sometimes, it takes a few hours to arrive. Make sure to check spam/junk folders and/or add all ArenaNet and guildwars2.com addresses to your whitelist.

 

If you continue to have issue, you can contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket' for assistance. (You can use the 'anonymous' option, if necessary.)
