Make sure to check spam/junk folders and/or add all ArenaNet and guildwars2.com addresses to your whitelist. If you continue to have issue, you can contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket' for assistance. (You can use the 'anonymous' option, if necessary.) Good luck. Just bought PoF and HoT again and made a new account to play with friends (since I can't access my old one) but verification email never came. My order receipt for the expansions did though... In my case I've made a ticket on 26-05-18 and received my first reaction after 4 days and now i'm waiting for my second response. I still can't play because of the verification.!?
