For this collection it requires you to get the riddle of the scourge exotic ring the hint The Collection gives you to find the ring says Explorer above the salt flats in desert Highlands with your jackal. I have gone to the Salt Flats in the desert Highlands while riding my Jackal but cannot find any way to find this riddle of the scourge exotic ring for the collection can anyone help me?

Is your jackal mastery level 3? Once it's level 3 you can take sand portals which will lead you to where you need to go.

where does the first portal start?

first portal is near near the gryphon roost, and you will end up at the mastery point way far up in the air northwest of godfall tower

edit: and if you do not know where the gryphon roost is, its also northwest of godfall tower, the green plateaus, one of them has a blue tent ontop and a bridge leading up to the higher plateaus, and thats where the gryphon/portal is
