Anthony.3207
Hello all. I was wondering if there is a way to change the files in the folder to play the heart of thorns music intro instead of path of fire. Path of fire is a snooze fest and a boring song. For those of you who didn't play last year here is the song It sounds so freaking good. Especially with a good sound card and a bass box. Is there any way i can edit the file to make it play heart of thorns on the intro instead of path of fire ? If someone can tell me that would be great. Also is this even legal ? thanks again. Inculpatus cedo.9234
There's this: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Customized_soundtrack I don't think you can change the music at the Character Selection screen, though. Maybe....
Urud.4925
In the link that you posted, it says that there are 8 playlists that you can customize: one of them is the "MainMenu - At the character select screen". It might work! I'll give it a try. Thank you Inculpatus :)

Urud.4925
Just to confirm: it worked! I created the folder "Music" in "Users\[Your Name]\Documents\Guild Wars 2" and put inside the file mp3 with its relative m3u named "MainMenu". The audio track is played in loop on top of the effect of the sand storm (apparently it didn't belong to the default audio track). Not too bad, still. Thanks again @"Inculpatus cedo.9234" , I saw several threads asking for this, finally a solution :) And kudos to ArenaNet for the customisation offered!
